  1. When will I receive a receipt?

    We will e-mail your receipt upon the completion of service or after charges are done, depending on if it was a cash or credit card transaction. Normally it takes 1-3 days.

  2. When does my credit card get charged?

    Your credit card may get charged 1-3 days from the day of service. Normally it takes the bank 2 days to process.

  3. Do I have to present my credit card every time I use the service?

    No, you do not have to show your credit card every time. We can easily create an account for you or you can give us the information when making a reservation.

  4. What payment types does Superior Limousine accept?

    We accept cash, credit card, and checks from established accounts. For cash payment we still require credit card account information to reserve a car for you, but you will not be charged as long as a cash payment is made.

  5. How do I open an account?

    With your request, we will keep your credit card information on file for future reservations. You can make changes to your account at any time.

  6. What if I cannot locate my driver?

    Please make sure you have the company phone number 650-757-9999 available to call us before you decide to make any other arrangements. We will locate the driver to contact you. We will charge the full amount in the event of a customer no show or if you cancelled your trip without calling us.

  7. Are there any extra charges?

    Yes, there are extra charges for wait times. We give a 10 minute grace period and then we start charging by the minute. There are also extra charges for additional stops and for after hours services (from 11pm to 5am). Also there is an extra charge for a Gate Meet at the airport. A Gate Meet is when the driver parks the car and meets you inside the airport at the gate and helps you to the car.

  8. Is there a cancellation fee?

    There are different cancellation policies depending on vehicle.

    • For Town Cars (4 Passenger Sedans), there is no charge if cancelled 3 hours or more before pick up time. If cancelled with less than 3 hours remaining a full charge will apply.
    • For SUVs and Vans up to 13 passengers, there is no charge if cancelled 48 hours or more before pick up time. If cancelled with less than 48 hours remaining a full charge will apply.
    • For all vehicles 14 passengers and up, there is no charge if cancelled 1 week or more before pick up time. If cancelled with less than 1 week remaining a full charge will apply.
